Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for an Internal Sales Account Manager in Smethwick.
We are looking for someone with a solid strong background in sales, a hunter mentality who can manage multiple accounts at the same time.
You will be working as part of a pairing to manage a territory together, generating new business, growing existing accounts and supporting the business through a period of growth.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Create new business opportunities with new customers and lapsed customer accounts
- Use training provided to engage and attract customers
- Reconnect with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approach
- Account Management of multiple accounts whilst generating new leads
- Introduce new products from the expanding range, up-sell and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.
- Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPI’s
Skills & experience required.
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Experience working towards and achieving KPI’s and sales targets
- Experience working in an industrial or engineering setting, with chemicals, adhesives or paints would be advantageous
Benefits
- Salary of up to £28,000
- Annual bonus structure– up to £25%
- Quarterly sales incentives
- Hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30- 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 13.30
