Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a leading manufacturing business seeking a Sales Administrator. You will be a key member of the team supporting the sales and business operations team, with complete ownership and accountability of your own customers.

As the Sales Administrator, you will be required to have both phone and email contact with your customer base, taking the clients' requirements and creating quotations accurately recorded on the CRM systems. This can range from simple quotes to complex quotations comprising many elements, which will include liaising with third parties.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, mathematics, and communication skills. Full training will be provided to support your understanding of how the company operates, allowing you to grow within and beyond the position.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
  • Client contact via phone and email, supporting your clients' requirements

  • Experienced with Outlook, Excel, and Word
