You will be working alongside a friendly office and supporting the growth of a new laser cutting/welding & cleaning product, which they have exclusive rights to sell within the UK.
We're looking for someone who has experience within a Business Development with proven product knowledge within welding or Laser cutting / cleaning machinery or similar technologies.
You will have a lot of opportunity to create and map your own sales strategy, with full responsibility of the full 360 sales cycle.
Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Build a sales pipeline for a new innovation product - Laser Welding/ Cleaning Machinery. Meetings with the customer base (industrial market, automotive, medical) in the UK and Europe. Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan- Participating with the engineering team day by day in technical meetings to understand all possibilities and machine technology. Lead generation and qualification, handling all inbound customer enquiries and creating quotations Negotiate and close orders from your sales activity. Attend networking events, and customer meetings, providing product demonstrations. Working on CRM, Subject, SAP, and Excel. Skills & experience required. Sales/ Business Development experience within Laser cutting/Welding, or Similar welding products or Engineering Proven track record of bringing on new business and growing accounts Full driving license and happy to travel Benefits Salary up to £42,000 Car allowance Company laptop & Mobile Uncapped commission scheme 21 days holiday plus 8
