Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an Administrator for a well-established organisation based within the automotive industry. This role is the first point of contact for customers making vehicle warranty and insurance claims. You will gather accurate information from customers, explain the claims process clearly, and pass your full brief to the Warranty Manager to continue the claim. Excellent and calm telephone manner, strong listening skills, and the ability to take clear notes while speaking to customers are essential. You will be well organised and customer-focused.
Hours: 9am to 5pm (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break) Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday in every 4, hours 9-1 however this is paid as overtime at time and a half.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email, handling enquiries in a professional, friendly and reassuring manner.
- Calmly gather detailed and accurate information from customers and record it clearly on the CRM system.
- Explain the claims process clearly and concisely, ensuring customers understand next steps.
- Ensure the maximum amount of information is captured at first contact to avoid delays.
- Ensure all administrative tasks within the Claims department are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Manage and respond to emails promptly, or pass them to the appropriate team member where required.
