Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a well-known brand to recruit for an experienced Sales Executive. We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building strong pipelines, and hitting targets to earn commission. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the energy sector or someone looking to get into energy, with progression into more senior roles available. This is a hybrid role, where you must be able to travel into the office near to Kenilworth ideally 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
- Hitting personal and team targets and help drive overall sales performance.
- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers - all warm conversations.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through effective information gathering and opportunity management.
- Provide accurate sales insights and updates to support leadership reporting.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other areas of the business.
Skills & experience required
- Proven background in B2B sales with experience in both new business and consultative selling.
- Experience within the energy sector.
- Skilled at building quick rapport and nurturing long‑term client relationships.
- Comfortable selling service‑led or technical solutions in a consultative manner.
- Strong commercial judgement with solid negotiation skills.
- Experienced in managing pipelines and activity within a CRM.
Benefits
- Salary of up to £28,000.
- Circa £16,000 bonus.
- Hybrid opportunity - 2 days per week in the office.
- 37 hours per week, 08.45 - 17.15 Monday to Thursday. 08.45 - 16.15 Friday.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Life Insurance of 3x salary.
- Pension - 5% Employer contribution (after probation) 3% during probation. 5% Employee contribution.
