Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for an award-winning events company.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be looking after a portfolio of smaller accounts, increasing spend, and managing renewals. There is a clear progression plan to become a Senior Account Manager.

Our client is a forward-thinking tech company based in the events industry space.

They have a market-leading virtual, hybrid, and in-person event platform takes engagement to the next level, offering interactive features such as real-time video and chat networking, live polling, and video breakout rooms.

The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Dorset 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Customer Success Manager you will be expected to:

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for both prospect and existing customers
  • Identify upsell opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and create a sense of urgency to drive growth
  • Maintain deep expertise in the companies\’ products, stay informed on industry developments, and monitor competitor offerings
  • Ensure CRM records are consistently accurate and up to date to effectively oversee your customer portfolio
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen retention, and support portfolio expansion
  • Lead post-event reviews to deliver value, collect feedback, and uncover renewal opportunities
  • Oversee general account management tasks active clients

Skills & experience required

  • Some previous experience in account management, customer success or sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a passion for technology and customer success
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven
  • Ambition, with aims to progress within the business

Benefits package

  • Salary up to £35,000
  • Team bonus structure – approx. £500 per month
