Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Technical Incident Administrator for a well-established organisation based in Birchwood. Your role is to play a key part in the smooth handling of technical and operational incidents. This is a pivotal position within the business, acting as a central point of coordination between teams, ensuring incidents are managed efficiently, accurately and with a strong customer-first mindset.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of how a car works and car parts. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-paced environment where continuous improvement, teamwork and high service standards are genuinely valued.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
- Act as the main point of contact for technical incidents, ensuring they are logged, managed and resolved efficiently.
- Ensure the administrative completeness and accuracy of incident and claim files, checking consistency of data such as beneficiary details and vehicle identification.
- Liaise with internal teams and management where escalation or additional support is required.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of claims and incident management processes.
- Accurately register and manage complaints or expressions of dissatisfaction in line with company procedures.
Skills & experience required
- Previous experience in incident management, claims handling, technical support or a similar operational role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate records and documentation.
- Confident communicator, able to deal with internal stakeholders and management professionally.
- Good IT skills and experience using internal systems or databases.
