Citrus Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a leading global speciality insurer to recruit a Procurement Analyst to join their growing operations team in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and commercially curious individual to step into a role that sits at the heart of procurement and business operations. You'll play a key role in supporting sourcing activity, analysing spend data, and ensuring the smooth coordination of procurement processes across a global organisation. As a Procurement Analyst, you'll gain exposure to enterprise-wide IT agreements, supplier management, and strategic sourcing activity, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in procurement.

Responsibilities & day to day duties

  • Manage contract renewal pipelines, particularly across Enterprise IT agreements
  • Analyse and maintain procurement spend data, producing regular reports and insights
  • Support internal cost allocation and recharge processes across business units
  • Coordinate sourcing activity and stakeholder engagement across the business
  • Assist in the preparation of RFx documentation and supplier evaluation processes
  • Maintain accurate contract and supplier records to support compliance and reporting
  • Assist with supplier review processes, including quarterly business reviews
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and reporting

Skills & experience required

  • Previous experience in an analytical role and working with numbers
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data (e.g. reporting, analysis)
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
