Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting exclusively for a growing manufacturer in Coleshill, for a Senior Internal Sales Support. You will be joining a team of two, responsible for the sales support function, processing multiple daily orders, liaising with the external sales and production team whilst driving efficiencies and supporting the business growth. The opportunity for this role is someone who is ready to step up into a team leader role whilst running your own workload. This is an office-based position, where you will be in the Coleshill office Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
- Deliver high-quality customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee the main sales inbox and phone line, process orders, handle data entry, invoicing, and occasional returns or credit notes.
- Manage and update customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to manage orders, deliveries, and customer accounts.
- Prepare order documentation, including export paperwork and freight arrangements; provide quotes for the External Sales Team when required.
- Support the training of new team members.
