This is a varied role focused on managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and building strong relationships with an established portfolio of B2B customers. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales and order process.
Key Responsibilities of an Customer Account Executive
- Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Building strong relationships with existing B2B customers and acting as their main point of contact.
- Preparing accurate quotations and following up with customers where appropriate.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered on time and to customer expectations.
- Resolving customer queries and providing a high level of customer service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent usage of Excel
- Comfortable with numeracy
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Salary up to £32,000 DOE
