My client is a boutique private banking organisation, headquartered in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, and working as part of a 10 person international professional team based across the EU (including Luxembourg, Zurich and Schaffhausen), the successful applicant will carry out regulatory reporting assignments, credit administration and will assist with specific finance projects upon request.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with others, ensuring excellent service delivery and communicating effectively both as a member of a team and on their own initiative. Adaptability and determination are key personal attributes, and you will be encouraged to look for innovative solutions to any problems you may encounter. You should have a commitment to constant improvement and delivering a better service, therefore you should be self-motivated, pro-active and willing to take on tasks and duties commensurate with the role.
This position is seen as providing a real opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to ultimately move into a controlling line management role with the Group. The candidate will ideally have worked for a competitor within the banking field or from an industrial sector, with at least five years experience. The successful candidate will have experience in treasury and will ideally be a qualified accountant or hold a treasury related qualification.
