My client is a luxury brand based in Paris. Due to internal promotion, they are now recruiting for a Head of Internal Controls. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced controller to develop a career with this multinational organisation. You will build relationships with department heads globally and undertake an autonomous role within a growing, ambitious firm.
The Role
The Head of Internal Controls has global responsibility; this recruit will be required to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks. The successful candidate will contribute to risk assessment profiles and business monitoring and overall implementation of group’s audit strategy in line with ascertained methodology. They will undertake audit assignments, draft audit reports for review by audit management and facilitate issue tracking and validate closure of issues.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in controlling preferably within retail and ideally previous knowledge of sales Key Performance Indicators’ controlling
- SAP experience
- Graduate in Accounting or Finance (or similar)
- French and English fluency
