Overview
European Operations Manager (Customer Service focus) – Electronics Manufacturer. Full-time position for a large electronics company with global presence. Occasional travel across Europe and responsibility for an Internal Auditor.
Responsibilities
- Produce customer services operation reports on a weekly basis for different business hubs.
- Present training to subsidiary personnel at all levels in audit and process principles.
- Manage internal and external auditing, performing operational audits of service centres investigating technical aspects and integrity processes.
- Assume overall responsibility of planning audits and ensuring their successful completion, including presentation to senior management.
Qualifications
- Understanding of process and quality management; ideally with a relevant BSI certification (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Several years of audit experience within a major industrial company.
- Experience presenting to senior management within the business.
- English language proficiency is required; additional European languages are a bonus.
