My client is a leading commercial company based in the North Rhine-Westphalia.
Due to an increase of investment and operations in emerging markets, there is now a requirement to standardise all new entities with compliance controls consistent with group and regulatory standards.
The most ambitious expansion can be seen throughout the APAC region, particularly China.
Job Description
The role will include the implementation of compliance standards for the group across APAC, Russia and South America.
You will take full responsibility for designing and coordinating compliance trainings to employees.
You will also perform audits on compliance guidelines and all reporting will be to the Executive Board.
Qualifications
The right candidate will have 4-8 years of experience within the audit/risk/compliance space.
Ideally, you should also be accredited with a relevant certification, i. e.
ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CFE.
You should be commercially minded, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently when required.
Fluent English and Mandarin/Chinese is a necessity, the addition of Russian would be ideal.
