Citrus Financial is looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Client Services Administrator to join our team near Sevenoaks. This is a client-facing role at the heart of our office. You’ll often be the first person our clients speak to, whether that’s welcoming them to the office or answering the phone and helping arrange meetings with our advisers. Because of that, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and delivering brilliant client service. Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter more to us than financial services experience.

What the role involves:

  • Answering inbound client calls and providing a helpful and reassuring first point of contact
  • Scheduling client meetings and managing adviser diaries
  • Welcoming clients to the office and preparing meeting rooms
  • Managing incoming emails and enquiries
  • Supporting advisers and the wider team with administration
  • Helping ensure the office runs smoothly day to day
