Role Summary
As a Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor, you'll be a key member of our team, helping to maintain exceptional service standards across. Provide cleaning cover when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise teams across multiple sites
- Deliver cleaning stock and equipment when required
- Respond quickly and efficiently to site issues
- Assist with stock control and ordering requirements
- Deliver training and support to frontline teams
- Ensure consistently high cleaning standards are maintained
Desired Skills & Attributes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to support, motivate, and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and dependable team player
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Qualifications
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and best practices.
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).

Working Hours
- 4 On, 4 Off Rotation
- 6-Hour Shifts
- Working Hours Between 5:00am and 11:00am
- Monday to Sunday

Salary: £12.77
