We’re looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Hampshire and the surrounding area.
This isn’t a typical 9–5 role.
We don’t expect you to sit in an office watching the clock; we expect you to look after your customers, support your teams and ensure our standards remain exceptional.
Whenever we are on site we expect you to work your own schedule.
- What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts.
- Supporting, motivating and developing your cleaning teams.
- Carrying out quality audits and site inspections.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Recruiting and training new team members.
- Managing staff rotas, absence and holiday cover.
- Solving problems before they become complaints.
- Ensuring sites remain compliant with health and safety requirements.
- What we’re looking for
- Previous experience managing multiple cleaning contracts.
