Shift timing: Start at 5am – 11am (2 Hours flexi when needed)
Salary: £12.80 – £13.00 per hour
Van and Fuel card Provided.
Covering our sites round the Basingstoke/Andover and Woking area
Part-time hours: Minimum 30 hours per week. Paid overtime for extra hours.
1 in 6 Weekends (Morning shift on call)

Job Responsibilities
- Cover cleaning when required.
- Supervising staff across multiple sites.
- Delivery of stock when required.
- Reacting quickly and efficiently to site issues.
- Support with stock requirement.
- Deliver training to the frontline when appropriate.
Person Specification
- Ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment, problem solving at all levels.
- Ability to support, motivate and lead a team to develop and achieve through regular coaching and one-to-ones.
- Excellent communication skills, at all levels and both internally and externally.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Strong team working ethic and flexibility.
- Excellent attention.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience required in similar role.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety awareness/training.
- Driving licence is required.
