Duties:
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to client portfolios and financial planning activities.
- Analyse data to support financial advisers in creating tailored advice for clients.
- Manage client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with the organisation of meetings, appointments, and client correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.
- Support the preparation of financial documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
