Roles & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor: • Be happy and enjoy your work. • Provide outstanding customer service, giving expert advice across Mortgage, Protection and insurance products. • Be a team player, working cohesively with onboarding, admin and other team members, to manage cases through to completion. • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, introducers and lenders to ensure smooth transactions and repeat business. Qualification & requirements for a Mortgage Advisor: • Hold Mortgage advice qualifications – CeMAP, CII or equivalent. • Must have experience of providing mortgage advice and achieved CAS. • Be IT savvy, using technology to work smarter not harder. • Office based Chorley, Lancashire. • Shared Evening and Saturday work.
