Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on specialist mortgage products and services to clients.
- Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage options.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.
Experience:
- Minimum 18 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
- Strong BTL Background Preferred.
- Bridging, 2nd Charge and Commercial an Advantage but not essential.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform basic maths calculations accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to clients.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience of specialist mortgage products such as buy to let and regulated bridging desirable.
