Our client is continuing to grow and an opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our established and successful team, covering the company’s various branches.

THE ROLE:

  • Being responsible for providing excellent customer service and regulated financial advice to clients
  • Creating, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, through quality of service and advice
  • Recommending suitable products from a comprehensive or whole-of-market range
  • Keeping up-to-date with current mortgage rates, lending criteria, and regulatory updates
  • Benefitting from full in-house administrative support

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have at least 18 months’ experience as a Mortgage Broker
  • Have CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential
  • Be a confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Be organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a busy case pipeline
  • Be proficient in using mortgage sourcing tools and CRM systems
