Key Role Details
- Location: Office based
- Salary: £35,000 per year + generous bonus scheme
- Hours: Approx. 40 hours/week (Mon-Thu: 9 am-5 pm, Fri: 8 am-3 pm)

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Case Management: Progressing mortgage applications from submission to legal completion.
- Support: Providing administrative support to the sales team and liaising with Mortgage Advisers.
- Communication: Acting as the primary contact for client, lender, and conveyancer queries.
- Compliance: Ensuring all files and activities meet regulatory requirements.
- System Maintenance: Updating and maintaining CRM systems and client file.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven administration experience within a mortgage or financial services environment (2+ years preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and IT skills (Excel and Word).
- Knowledge: Experience in packaging 2nd charge mortgages is beneficial.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player.
