As part of our client's exciting growth plans for 2026, a unique job opportunity has been created for a Specialist Mortgage Broker. This position provides a great chance to work at an established and market-leading specialist mortgage broker going from strength to strength. Our client specialises in:
- Adverse Market
- Mortgages refused
- Contractors
- Self-employed
Based at the company’s office, you will be dealing with clients nationally over the telephone but don’t confuse them with a call centre. Why? Because all leads are provided and there is absolutely no cold calling. The business is keen to get the right candidate for an immediate start.
Our ideal candidate needs:
- Full mortgage qualifications CeMAP / MAQ needs to be held for 12 months minimum.
- At least 1 year’s experience of working with a proven track record with adverse experience - this is a must.
- Strong organisational skills to deal with the volume of business we anticipate writing as part of our growth plans.

- The ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.

- Starting salary £40K-50K for the right applicant.
Bonus Scheme as follows:
- Need to write £30K minimum in mortgage fees per month for bonus to kick in.
- Average case size is £3K per month.
- Minimum £249 application fee, £1995 broker fee plus proc.
- Need 10 cases.
- Advisors currently achieving this in the office.
- Pay 10% - £4K.
- Effectively for doing minimum £48K on top.
Protection also pays out @ 20% on life. Average case is £1K per month. Need to write 60% of all cases written. 6 cases x £1K x 20% = £1200 per month in life x 12 = £14400.
