The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of mortgage applications, ensuring a seamless experience for lenders, solicitors, and clients. Key duties include:
- Submitting cases directly to Mortgage Lenders.
- Managing the pipeline from Decision in Principle (DIP) through to completion.
- Providing proactive updates to Brokers and maintaining back-office systems.
- General administrative support to ensure deadlines are met.
Your Experience
- Essential: At least 12-18 months of experience within a Mortgage Brokerage or a similar Mortgage administrative role.
- Proven track record of submitting lender applications and managing pipelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and IT proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
