We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will specialise in recruiting for direct sales roles and direct sales managers. Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for direct sales roles and direct sales manager positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for specific roles.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Placement and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in direct sales recruitment to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
