  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for direct sales roles and direct sales manager positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Placement and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in direct sales recruitment to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
