Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £28k depending upon experience, with a performance-related bonus structure to reward your success.
Professional Development:
- Craft compelling outreach messages and conduct discovery calls to sell opportunities and assess candidate fit.
- Build and nurture "talent pools" for Direct Sales and Sales Management roles to ensure quick turnaround for clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Volume of high-quality candidate CVs submitted and accepted by the client.
