Citron Hygiene is a leading provider of washroom and waste services in the UK. We are looking for Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. In this role, you will service our customers' washrooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality. If you enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites on a planned route to service sanitary disposal units, washroom products, and more.
- Perform service duties including product exchanges and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Represent Citron Hygiene professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Management team to ensure all stops are completed and issues are addressed promptly.
- Return to the Service Centre weekly to unload and replenish stock.
Qualifications:
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence with up to 3 points.
- ADR Licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Patience and professionalism are essential qualities for this role.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime and bonuses available. Benefits include pension, life assurance, incentives, recognition programs, sick pay, personal development, and more.
Citron Hygiene serves a diverse range of customers, including care homes and nursing homes. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccination is encouraged, and it is desirable for candidates to have received both doses of the vaccine.
