We are seeking new Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician, you play a critical role in servicing our customers' washrooms. If you enjoy working independently, as part of a team and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, then look no further.
A Hygiene Technician is responsible for service duties which include, but are not limited to:
- Driving to client site(s) to provide a 'best in class' delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units, washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care and more.
- Ensuring that the washroom or facility has been serviced to an exemplary standard.
Responsibilities:
- Driving from home to our customers' premises on your pre-planned route (single premises or multi-stop dependent on customer requirements).
- Carrying out a service and exchange of Citron Hygiene products whilst on the premises.
- Being the face of Citron Hygiene and providing exceptional customer service to all our customers.
- Maintaining great communication with your Service Management team throughout your working day to ensure all planned stops are completed and escalating/resolving any issues which arise in a timely manner.
- Returning to the Service Centre one or two times per week to unload and replenish stock.
Qualifications:
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence, with a maximum of 3 points.
- ADR Licence would be advantageous but not essential.
- Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- ADR training may be a requirement of the role.
- Patience – this role involves travelling during peak periods to and from customers' premises and unfortunately traffic issues are unavoidable.
- Professional – conducting yourself in a professional manner is key to this role for both the business and its customers.

- Allocated Commercial Vehicle – You will be paid from the time your shift starts/leaving home to returning home.
- Standard weekly working hours - Monday to Friday – 40hr week.

Citron Hygiene has a wide range of customers across several different sectors including CQC (Care Quality Commissioned) registered service providers, including but not limited to care homes and nursing homes. It is desirable that candidates have received both doses of the Covid-19 vaccination.
