Overview: Lead Solutions Architect for Unicon – eLux & Scout to join Citrix. Drive the integration and optimization of Unicon's eLux and Scout as core components of the Citrix platform, enabling secure, scalable digital workspaces and high-performance access across diverse devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and Configure Architectures: Design and implement scalable, secure endpoint management architectures leveraging Unicon's eLux (Linux-based OS) and Scout for centralized, secure digital workspaces.
- Lead Feature Development: Drive development of features, optimizations, and integrations that enhance endpoint security, centralized management, and performance within Citrix's platform.
- Champion Process Improvements: Advocate IT process efficiencies in endpoint security, remote device management, and OS standardization, leveraging eLux and Scout as part of the Citrix platform with VDI/DaaS and Web Apps.
- Develop Proof of Concepts with Customers: Collaborate with customers to develop and validate PoCs demonstrating eLux and Scout in real-world endpoint security, cloud management, and digital workspace scenarios.
- Cross-team Collaboration Contribute to Technical Roadmap: Help advance the technical product roadmap for Unicon's eLux and Scout.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Guide teams in deployment and use of eLux and Scout within Citrix's secure digital workspace ecosystem.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work with Product Managers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative endpoint management solutions using Unicon's offerings.
- Customer Success Advocate Best Practices: Promote best practices in endpoint security, IT automation, and cloud-based device management as part of the Citrix platform with VDI/DaaS and Web Apps.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Align solutions with the vision of a modern and secure digital workspace, integrating eLux and Scout.
- Foster Platform Adoption: Ensure successful deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of eLux-based devices, providing technical support to drive customer success.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of thin-client computing and secure digital workspace environments, with experience deploying and managing eLux and Scout or similar solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, endpoint management, or systems engineering, with expertise in secure device lifecycle management and cloud-based workspace environments.
- Strong understanding of endpoint security, OS management, and cloud-based device automation, with experience in Citrix DaaS, virtualization technologies, and remote access solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization technologies, with familiarity in integrating Citrix DaaS products into enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in customer or partner-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT security best practices, including Zero Trust, data encryption, and endpoint compliance management.
- Experience leading endpoint security and management initiatives, including PoCs and IT strategy.
