We're expanding in the Midlands and further north, and we’re looking for someone to lead that growth.

You'll manage existing client relationships, win new business, and build our presence in a region where there is real opportunity.

This is a varied role – some days you'll be working from home on quotes and reports, others you'll be on site with existing clients supporting their needs as well as carrying out surveys for new prospects.

Our clients range from NHS hospitals to corporate offices, banks and utility companies.

You'll be their main point of contact – the person they call, the face they see on site, the one who makes sure things run smoothly and grows the relationship over time.

  • What you'll actually do
  • Much of your time is spent on site – hospitals, corporate offices and industrial facilities – installing and configuring wireless sensor systems, water sampling and testing for Legionella compliance as well as building relationships with facilities managers and estates teams.
  • There will be the opportunity to manage and grow existing & new client relationships.
  • You will be supporting existing clients across the UK but primarily in the Midlands and South West
  • Technical delivery – you'll be hands-on with our monitoring systems and water hygiene services
  • Quoting, reporting, and keeping systems up to date

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Legionella control and/or water systems – you understand the compliance landscape and can talk credibly to facilities managers and estates teams (Required)
  • Commercial instincts – Experience in targeting new areas of work, building your own pipeline and winning new business.
  • Happy to travel when needed to all parts of the UK.
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Tech-savvy – confident with spreadsheets, apps, and reporting systems.
  • Self-motivated – you'll manage your own diary across home days, client visits, and new business activity

You might come from

a water treatment or hygiene company, facilities management, compliance consultancy, or a technical sales role in a related sector.
