Introduction

During this apprenticeship, you will begin in the sales department, learning how to answer calls correctly and deal with enquiries.

You will also process orders and complete day-to-day office duties such as quotations, complaints, sending samples, booking visits and sending marketing information.

We are a small company with a friendly family-run vibe.

We have been operating for over 30 years in the UK, but over 100 years as a group.

We sell consumable products to the packaging industry and pride ourselves on having the best quality product at a reasonable price while providing top quality customer service.

  • Analysing out of pattern customers and contacting customers regarding this.

You may be able to continue with the next level of apprenticeship, move into a permanent position within our company.

There is a possibility of travelling to Germany to see our head office.

There is also a chance of moving into sales and eventually visiting customers.

We can offer further training courses and support in developing skills they are interested in.
