About the role
Reporting into the Head of Business Systems, the Salesforce Administrator will be a key member of the Salesforce Development team, responsible for the administration and customisation of the CitNOW Group Salesforce Org Including the provision of support for its 200 users and the delivery of new and enhanced features.
This fixed-term contract will focus on the successful delivery of key projects supplemented by business-as-usual help request resolution.
The initial project will focus on UI improvements so Lightning App Builder experience including dynamic forms, dynamic related lists and a detailed understanding of the relationship between Lightning Record Pages and the object\’s settings is essential.
Working within the Salesforce Development team the administrator will be expected to arrange meetings with stakeholders, capture requirements, implement changes in a sandbox, demonstrate changes to piers and stakeholders and deploy approved changes to production.
Planned projects include:
- Salesforce AI for Sales including Einstein Activity Capture
- Salesforce Knowledge
- Salesforce AI for Service including Einstein Next Best Action
- Salesforce Meetings including Einstein Conversation Insights
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with stakeholders and other members of the Salesforce Development Team to scope, design, document and deliver efficient solutions
- Attend daily scrum and weekly team/project meetings
- Define, create, test and deploy customisations and process improvements to enable the successful resolution of assigned Jira issues
- Investigate and resolve business as usual help requests
We are looking for:
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an end-user (non-agency) environment and a demonstratable ability to configure, customise and support Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration best practices
- A strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
- A passion and enthusiasm for data and processes
- A detailed understanding of CRM software best practices and methodologies
- Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
