About the role
The Product Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of one CitNOW Group’s fastest growing products - CitNOW Imaging. In this role, you will own both the short-term and long-term product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market demands and a continued focus on delivering customer value. We’re looking for a strong strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach to managing product backlogs and driving agile delivery. A solid grasp of APIs, data transfer methods, and proven experience integrating products with third-party systems is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Responsibility for the success of the product and features on an ongoing basis, ensuring continuous improvement and owning the product strategy
- Work with a variety of teams, including Engineering, Design and Marketing to ensure a common understanding of objectives and priorities
- Collect and analyse ideas and feedback from customers, partners and stakeholders
- Plan new features and changes, researching opportunities based on commercial and technical viabilities
- Demonstrate new features and ideas to stakeholders, being prepared with excellent documentation in collaboration with the wider Product team
- Manage experiments at the start of the process, and pilots at the end
- Own and manage the product backlog: create, refine, and prioritise user stories, epics, and tasks
- Work closely with the Engineering team to track development progress, resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct competitor, market and industry analysis to feed into the roadmap of the CitNOW Imaging product
- Be the go-to person for the product you manage for all areas of the business
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams
- Define acceptance criteria and break down deliverables into user stories to ensure they meet business and quality standards
- Measure product performance using analytics and KPIs, and iterate based on insight
We are looking for:
- An experienced Product Manager, with excellent data-driven prioritisation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated success in delivering software products from concept to launch
- Experience in the automotive software industry is desirable, not necessarily required
- Knowledge and experience of mobile apps, iOS, Android and React Native would be highly desirable
- Proficiency with tools such as Product board, Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar
