As CitNOW Group continues to expand its successful Auto360 suite of products, we are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of Aftersales360, a key product within our automotive retail ecosystem. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of Aftersales360, validating and prioritising features, writing user stories and steering the mid- to long-term roadmap. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing and commercial teams, you'll deliver high-value product improvements that solve real problems for our customers and drive long-term growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the success of Aftersales360 product features, driving continuous improvement and adding value to the wider Auto360 platform.
- Work with stakeholders, and colleagues such as Developers, Designers, Marketing etc to ensure a common understanding of objectives and priorities.
- Collect and analyse ideas and feedback from customers, partners and stakeholders. Plan new features and changes, researching opportunities based on commercial and technical viabilities.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, detailed workflows, and functional or non-functional requirements associated with the features you are creating.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies to guide your ideas through the development cycle.
- Run experiments, discovery activities, and pilot programmes to validate assumptions and de-risk delivery.
- Demonstrate new features and ideas to stakeholders, being prepared with excellent documentation in collaboration with the wider Product team.
- Create and manage timelines and roadmaps.
- Play an active role in mitigating any blockers to the successful delivery of sprints and take the lead within the scrum teams.
- Conduct competitor, market and industry analysis to feed into the roadmap of your products.
- Be the go-to person for the products you manage for all areas of the business.
- Create and oversee project management processes.
We are looking for:
- Product and Project Management experience with B2B SaaS product(s) within an agile/scrum methodology.
- Experience in the automotive software industry, with expertise in aftersales process and CRM is desirable.
- Existing knowledge of the CitNOW RTC platform is desirable.
- Understanding of Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to distil customer features into clear documentation and workflows that can be used by development teams.
