Purpose of the role
The Operations Director is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the operational life of the Citizens Theatre. You will ensure that:
- The building functions safely, efficiently, and sustainably
- Audiences and visitors receive an outstanding welcome and experience
- We have the systems, compliance frameworks, and commercial infrastructure needed to thrive
You will contribute to strategic planning and organisational development as a member of the Senior Management Team and also attend meetings of the Board of Directors. The role is responsible for a range of functions and managing a team of departmental leads across Operations.
