Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is seeking an Employment Support Worker to help young people aged 16β25 overcome barriers and progress into education, training, volunteering or employment.
You will work one-to-one and in groups, delivering tailored employment support including CV writing, job searching and interview preparation, while managing a caseload and providing ongoing guidance and practical assistance, including financial literacy and referrals to specialist services.
