Citizens Advice Oxfordshire is seeking a Project Triage Adviser to join the Cottsway Projects Team.
You will be the first point of contact on the designated telephone advice line and email service for clients, performing an initial triage to assess eligibility for the service and offering limited advice on benefits, debt and welfare matters.
Referrals will be received from Cottsway Housing Association and internal channels, then passed to Caseworkers for more complex cases.
