Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire is seeking a caseworker to join the Welfare Benefit Team. This is a hybrid role with roughly 50% office time, mainly in Mansfield, Worksop and Retford. You will meet clients face-to-face, by telephone or email, providing high-quality welfare benefit advice and budgeting guidance.

We welcome applications from people with or without a welfare benefits background; the priority is strong customer service experience and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
