Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall is seeking three Community Engagement Workers on a 2-year fixed-term contract to raise awareness of gaming and gambling harms.

Roles are 16–24 hours per week, typically over 3–4 days, with occasional evenings and weekends.

You will deliver prevention sessions, build relationships with local groups, and support people to access the right help.

Experience in gaming or gambling-related harms or lived experience is valued, and a strong commitment to reducing
