Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full-time Trainee Generalist Adviser to join our Core Advice Team. The role will be split between taking calls on our advice line where you will complete an assessment with the client and book them in for an advice appointment, and you will also hold your own advice appointment with clients.
