Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire is looking for a Trainee Generalist Adviser to join our team at the Clay Cross office with the possibility of hybrid working after training. You will be trained to handle a full range of enquiries by telephone and face-to-face, gaining experience across employment rights, benefits, and housing matters while making client interview records.
After successful training, we will continue to develop your skills as you travel to various locations in the North East.
