The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
The role will be based in our Yate Office but will also cover our various outreaches across South Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily advice sessions to ensure clients receive high-quality, accurate, and timely advice.
- Provide support, guidance, and feedback to advice staff and volunteers, ensuring consistently high quality of service and managing the smooth practical running of advice sessions.
- Support advisers working across a variety of channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and web-based channels as needed, including remote supervision of outreach advisers.
- Provide ongoing training to existing volunteers.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience within Citizens Advice.
- Keen interest in and some experience of supporting colleagues in their professional growth and in developing the skills needed to help clients effectively.
- Resilient, strong team player with an eye for detail and great people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use a range of IT systems.
- Thrives in a busy environment, positive outlook, and a commitment to the aims and principles of Citizens Advice.
- Own transport to access all outreach sites.
