About The Role

As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our advice services are responsive, effective, and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team, helping them succeed while ensuring excellent outcomes for clients. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining leadership, coaching, performance management, compliance, and service improvement, all within a flexible and accessible seven-day service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and support a dedicated team, helping them succeed while ensuring excellent outcomes for clients, delivering services across seven days, including late opening hours.
  • Build a positive team culture where people can develop and grow, creating a strong and supportive working environment, driving performance and building collaborative working practices across the wider services within the charity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing staff and/or volunteers
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Ability to give constructive feedback with confidence and empathy
  • Experience analysing data and producing reports
  • Ability to work effectively within hybrid teams

  • Full time hours
  • Start date: 29th June 2026
  • Safe Haven operates between 3pm-11pm Monday - Sunday
