This post is about promoting the work, services and impact of Citizens Advice Southampton. You will help ensure that local people know how to access advice, that stakeholders understand our impact, and that our voice is heard in local conversations about poverty, inequality and social justice.
This is a vital role in the ongoing development of Citizens Advice Southampton, helping to raise our profile, enhance our reputation and foster excellent communication with clients, funders and stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting and implementing internal and external communication strategies. You will also assist in developing and delivering key messages and managing communication channels.
Tasks include:
- Drafting and editing content
- Coordinating media relations
- Updating social media accounts
- Helping to organise and attending events
You will ideally bring charity sector experience in communications, and experience of supporting strong relationships with partners and funders. You will share our passion for community wellbeing and social justice.
