Current Opportunities
- Welfare Benefits – 1 part‑time position (21 hours per week)
- Consumer Energy Debt Advice – 3 full‑time positions
Key Responsibilities
Advisers in these teams provide advice to a high volume of clients on the telephone (with scope for webchat). Each call is tailored to the individual client; there is no ‘average’ call.
You will be fully trained and supported, working as a key part of an approachable and supportive team in a rewarding environment.
Qualifications
Some knowledge and experience in advice is desirable, but not essential due to the training provided.
Training & Development
This role offers a comprehensive training package including national classroom‑based training, on‑the‑job shadowing, internal training and other development opportunities.
