Bradford and Airedale Citizens Advice & Law Centre is nationally recognised across the Citizens Advice network for its expertise in immigration and asylum law and high-quality service delivery, with a strong and established focus on undertaking legal aid work. We are accredited at the highest level with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA, formerly OISC) and the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS). The Immigration Team has extensive experience managing cases from initial instruction through to the Supreme Court. The team is regularly instructed in complex immigration and asylum matters, including judicial review proceedings. Due to continued growth in our legal aid services, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our expanding team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be a Senior Caseworker with at least three years’ experience and must hold a valid IAAS Senior Caseworker accreditation or above. You will have substantial experience of delivering legal aid immigration and asylum advice across multiple channels, managing a high-volume legal aid caseload, and maintaining excellent standards of advice while meeting team targets.
