Generalist Adviser – Citizens Advice Salford

We are looking for a Generalist Adviser to join our high‑performing team delivering local drop‑in services and telephone advice across Salford.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist advice across all social welfare categories in drop‑in, telephone, and partnership site settings.
• Work independently across multiple outlets, completing the week between 9am and 4:30pm as required.
• Collaborate with the friendly adviser team and uphold service standards while working autonomously.

Qualifications

• Experience working independently in an advice setting covering all social welfare categories.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
