Regional Energy Lead/Energy Adviser

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full-time Regional Energy Lead Adviser to join our Energy Outreach Team on a fixed-term basis.

Working closely with the energy team, you will receive comprehensive training on energy matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work both collaboratively and independently.

The Regional Energy Lead (REL) role has two main functions: Frontline Worker training and regional networking. Both are equally important. RELs will deliver training to approximately 300 frontline workers, focusing on those who work closely with vulnerable consumers.

In addition to training, RELs will play a leadership role in guiding the Energy Outreach Project (EOP) at a regional level.
